Lowering the Cost of Curiosity

It may sound weird, but the target audience of ZOOMS is the non-user of PI… more specifically, the infrequent user of PI whose job function involves rare use of PI, and the path of least resistance is to just ask an expert-user for the answer.

At Zymergi, we think that:
If we do not require the user to train on the software…
If we do not require the user to install desktop programs…
If we do not charge by the number of PI tags or eyeballs on PI trends….
Then we can seriously lower the cost of curiosity… democratize information… work off the same set of numbers.
